Leg 13

Wings in a World of Coronavirus

We never would have guessed that the world's population would be laid low by a virus, but here we are.  French Polynesia's government mandated wearing face masks, eliminated all incoming travel by non-residents, and even halted intra-island travel.  However draconian it might have seemed, the policies were successful and we will be safer in French Polynesia than here at home.

Bill's West Marine job has provided an opportunity to purchase at significant discount an entire suite of B&G sailing instruments, so their installation is the first order of business.  The remaining time we'll spend visiting local sites that we've missed.
