Wings Is Pulled

Svendsen's experts pulled Wings from the water with great care. They showed us several techniques to minimize damage that we had never seen practiced, although we've been pulling the boat for many years. Finally, Wings was placed on a cradle rather than jack stands: a much more stable home.

Wings hanging in slings. Yellow stains on her transom are water stains.

A carpet roll prevents compression damage to our cap rails. We've never seen this clever and simple solution to the problem.

A great shot of the Svensen's Travelift. Each wheel can be steered separately, making this device extremely maneuverable.

Our mast stripped for painting. Removing all the hardware, electrical wire, and rope was a difficult task.
